Building a Flexible Brand System for Personal and Professional Growth
This project involved designing a cohesive brand and design system for John Arboleda, a leadership coach with over two decades of experience empowering individuals and organizations.
The brand had to be flexible, with the ability to evolve into sub-brands for various coaching services, while remaining rooted in John’s core philosophy of leadership transformation. With a focus on empowering self-reliance and resilience, the branding reflects a dynamic and adaptive approach, embodying the journey from personal growth to professional leadership.
I led the creation of the visual identity and design system, starting from the personal brand of John Arboleda as the umbrella. The system was designed to be adaptable, allowing for seamless transformations into sub-brands that represent different coaching services. I ensured consistency in messaging and design across digital and physical platforms, aligning the visual language with John's mission of guiding clients through paths of growth and leadership development.
